​I believe that coping with chronic pain starts from within. Once we reconnect with our strengths and inner wisdom, we discover the support and strategies that enable us to start blossoming again. My vision is to partner with you as you find your way through the maze we call chronic pain. Coaching begins with developing a vision that embodies your long-term pain management goals. This is the game plan or the road map that capitalizes on your strengths, supports and desires. From there, we explore specific pain management self coping tools, tailored to your needs. Strategies that many clients explore with a coach include mindfulness meditation, diaphragmatic breathing, movement practices, intuitive eating, anti-inflammatory diet, smoking cessation, self care practices, re-prioritization, gratitude practice, self compassion, imagery, stress management, relaxation techniques and navigating obstacles. You are always considered the expert on your pain.
