My objectives as a coach are to help individuals become aware of more effective ways to live healthier, happier, and more successful lives. What this looks like for each of my client’s depends on the individual client. I take an eclectic approach and utilize a variety of theories and methods from Evidence-Based coaching that focus on the present to get to the future, rather than focusing on the past. Sessions include introspective thinking, self-reflection and discussion of possible areas to work on. I work with clients towards awareness of their individual: core value systems, strengths, experiences and the behaviors that interfere with their goals. My intent as a coach is to help the client become aware of different perspectives and to support them as they increase self-awareness and make conscious choices. My coaching process includes sustainability, keeping what has been gained through the coaching process. The foundation of my coaching approach is relaxed, safe, confidential, authentic, conversational, collaborative, and I believe there is a place for humor. My stance is one of openness, respect, and acceptance, and the belief in the client’s ability and desire to change and grow. I am committed to working with clients through the coaching process to support them in building healthy, balanced, productive, and sustainable lives.
