Hi! I’m Stefanie. I help busy, stressed out women reclaim their health and energy by balancing diet, exercise, and lifestyle… one step at a time. As a Health Coach, I support you in leveraging your strengths to create a lifestyle that aligns with your ambitions and core values. I provide a confidential, judgement-free space for you to explore what is most important in your life so that you may set your goals accordingly. Within this safe space, you will have the guidance, support, and accountability to create and implement actionable steps toward achieving those goals. And since coaching is future-focused, I don’t need to know about your past in order to support you in creating a bright future. I am here to coach you on proper form and help tailor each exercise to your body’s individual needs. You can expect to learn a wide variety of new exercises and lifting techniques that you can take with you once the series is done. Our live sessions are an interactive space where you are encouraged to ask questions and get support in the moment. Space in each series is limited to ensure that each participant receives adequate coaching and feedback. Unlike most fitness classes which are often comprised of random exercises, the entire series is programmed out ahead of time, with each session building upon the previous toward the apex at Week 4. Variables such as exercise selection, order, reps, sets, tempo, and even rest periods are all selected by design to give you the best possible results.
